- A copy of the invoice or packing slip must accompany all returns.
- Customers must contact the parts department to obtain a return authorization before returning their part.
- Unapproved returns may be refused or returned to the customer at their expense.
- Returned items must be new, unused, and in resalable condition, including original packaging, manuals, original tags and labels.
- The final determination of item condition and return eligibility is at the sole discretion of the Newman Tractor Parts Department.
- Items that have been installed, used, or show signs of wear will not be accepted for return.
- Electrical parts or components unless found to be defective.
- Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
- Special-order or custom-made items
- Any part marked non-returnable at the time of sale
- Items returned after 30 days
- All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Newman Tractor does not provide return labels or cover return freight unless the return is a result of our error.
- Returned parts must be packaged securely to prevent damage in transit. Damaged returns will not be accepted.
- A 25% restocking fee applies to all returned items.
- This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and inventory processing costs.
- Restocking fees are non-negotiable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect shipment).
- Approved returns will be processed as refund or for exchange, depending on original payment method.
- Refunds for purchases made by cash, card, or check will be issued either by company check or credited back to the original card used at the time of purchase.
- Please allow up to 7 business days for inspection and processing. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
