We make it easy. At Newman Tractor, we stand behind the quality of our parts and your satisfaction. Review our return policy below to understand eligibility, timeframes, and the simple steps to get started with a return or exchange.

Return Eligibility

Parts may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date, provided they meet the conditions outlined below:

  • A copy of the invoice or packing slip must accompany all returns.
  • Customers must contact the parts department to obtain a return authorization before returning their part.
  • Unapproved returns may be refused or returned to the customer at their expense.
  • Returned items must be new, unused, and in resalable condition, including original packaging, manuals, original tags and labels.
  • The final determination of item condition and return eligibility is at the sole discretion of the Newman Tractor Parts Department.
  • Items that have been installed, used, or show signs of wear will not be accepted for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

  • Electrical parts or components unless found to be defective.
  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
  • Special-order or custom-made items
  • Any part marked non-returnable at the time of sale
  • Items returned after 30 days

For defective or damaged products, contact the Newman Tractor Parts Department within 7 days of delivery to initiate a warranty claim. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.

We reserve the right to inspect and evaluate all returned items prior to issuing any credit, refund, or exchange. This inspection ensures that the product is in new, unused, and resalable condition, as originally sold. Any item that shows evidence of installation, use, wear, damage, contamination, or tampering will not be eligible for return credit.

SANY Parts Warranty Coverage

SANY parts procured from SANY and installed by a SANY customer are warranted to be free from material defects and workmanship for a period of six (6) months from the date of installation or twelve (12) months from the date of purchase from SANY, whichever is lesser. This warranty does not extend or modify any warranty of the product to which the part is installed. Parts accepted in the SANY Warranty Policy Manual are accepted herein. This warranty is for the part or parts only.

SANY Dealers and Key Accounts must file warranty claims via the SANY dealer portal and show evidence of procurement from SANY, proper installation, and appropriate utilization of the part by the customer.

Return Process

To return an item, please email customer service at parts@newmantractor.com to obtain return authorization and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once approved, securely package the item in its original packaging, include proof of purchase, and return it to the Newman Tractor branch that originally fulfilled your orderThe return address will be provided with your RMA confirmation.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping chargesWe strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Freight Responsibility

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Newman Tractor does not provide return labels or cover return freight unless the return is a result of our error.
  • Returned parts must be packaged securely to prevent damage in transit. Damaged returns will not be accepted.

Restocking
Fee

  • A 25% restocking fee applies to all returned items.
  • This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and inventory processing costs.
  • Restocking fees are non-negotiable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect shipment).

Credit and Refunds

  • Approved returns will be processed as refund or for exchange, depending on original payment method.
  • Refunds for purchases made by cash, card, or check will be issued either by company check or credited back to the original card used at the time of purchase.
  • Please allow up to 7 business days for inspection and processing. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
