John Mason was the mechanic that came to help. In 20 years he is the only mechanic that has pulled up on the job and diagnosed a piece of machinery without having to plug in a computer. He also contacted me the next day and asked me if the machine was doing ok and if we needed anything. Both of these are highly unusual and very appreciated. He was a very nice man.

I went to Newman Tractor several months ago for quotes on a Sany excavator and didn’t have any intention of buying for several months.
