The 2019 Morooka MST 2200VD crawler carrier is a tracked dumper designed to haul and dump material across soft, muddy, uneven, or environmentally sensitive ground where wheeled trucks have difficulty operating. Common applications include pipeline construction, site development, wetland work, utility right-of-way projects, and moving fill, rock, or spoil on remote job sites.

This crawler carrier dumper moves substantial loads over terrain that often limits conventional haul equipment. Its tracked undercarriage spreads weight across a wide footprint, which helps reduce ground disturbance and rutting while maintaining traction on slopes and loose surfaces. Contractors use machines in this category to support excavators, transport materials along narrow access routes, and keep projects moving during wet conditions.

The Morooka MST 2200VD is powered by a Caterpillar C7.1 engine rated at 250 hp. It has an operating weight of 31,820 lb and a payload capacity of 24,251 lb. Its 30-inch tracks produce ground bearing pressure of 3.6 psi empty and 6.3 psi loaded, making it suitable for soft or sensitive ground. Travel speed reaches 8.5 mph, which helps with cycle times on longer haul routes.

This crawler carrier is commonly used by pipeline contractors, utility and energy companies, earthmoving and site development contractors, environmental remediation crews, and rental fleets that serve heavy civil and off-road construction projects.
