High-Performance Engine
Sany engine with four-cylinder four-stroke direct injection provides a stronger power for the excavator.
Faster Operating Speed
A quick return line is added to the arm oil cylinder circuit, which has considerably improved the operating efficiency at low energy consumption.
The advanced main valve, which has been thoroughly optimized, is able to provide excellent coordinating and leveling performance in combined operations. It also increases the moving speed of the arm and bucket. In addition to the arm regenerating function, the operating efficiency of the machine has been improved by more than 10%, as compared with SY75C1.
Main pump delivery increases from 149 liters to 168 liters. Faster speed is achieved in a separate operation.
Filter Element
The Sany SY75C has a high-precision pre-filtering system that removes impurities, while the two-stage filter and one-stage water separator ensure the purity of engine fuel.
Auto Deceleration System
The function of auto deceleration reduces fuel consumption by 5-10%. When an operation has been stopped for 3.5 seconds, the engine speed drops automatically to idle level and maintains the idling state. When the operation is resumed by maneuvering the control levers, the engine speed will increase to the set rpm within 0.1 seconds. The working capability is restored instantly. The auto-idle switch is always active after the excavator is restarted each time.
Operator Comfort
Innovative Large Cab
Larger windows of the newly-designed spacious cab provide you with a wider view. The operator can clearly see the work equipment condition and the surrounding through the front, side, and back windows.
The upper window of the cab can be moved to the top of the cab when the front window is unlocked. The roof hatch is openable, through which the cab can have better ventilation and more lights.
Multi-Level A.C.
The high-quality automatic air conditioner provides a better cooling effect. It creates a more comfortable operating environment by automatically regulating the temperature and humidity inside the cab as the ambient condition changes.
Sealed & Quiet
The Sany Sy75C comes equipped with an excellent sealing ring, the cab is free from dust and rain. Besides the low-noise design, indoor noise under 74 decibels can effectively relieve the fatigue of the operator.
LCD Display Controller
A multi-functional controller ensures the system constantly in optimum condition. When the joysticks are not operated for 3.5 seconds, the controller immediately commands the engine to lower the speed in order to reduce fuel consumption; when the engine or hydraulic system is abnormal, the fault information will appear on the monitor to warn you. High brightness, wide viewing angle industrial LCD allows the operator to easily getting the information in the seat.

Improved Dozer Blade
Equipped with an innovative dozer blade, that has an increased magnitude of moving up and down, the machine is suitable for complex operating conditions, such as road construction, burying pipelines, or cables. With a special shape and wider plate, the soil could be prevented from falling behind, improving the efficiency of digging, landfilling, and leveling.

High Reliability
With an advanced travel motor and optimized flow distribution system, the machine can work more efficiently by traveling at high or low speed as per different ground surface conditions and working areas.
Auto Deceleration System
With the auto deceleration system, fuel consumption is reduced by 5-10 percent. The engine speed is lowered automatically to zero after only 3 seconds when the machine operation is stopped and resumed to the set rpm within only 0.1 seconds after the operation is started. Reinforced boom, bucket, and high-strength track frame. Besides the thicker side plates, the ear plates have also been redesigned to reduce the stress at the bending. The durability of the bucket is also greatly extended by using quality anti-wear plates with a thickness of up to 33 percent.
Spacious Cab
Larger windows of the newly-designed spacious cab provide you with a wider view, and the movable roof hatch gives the cab better ventilation and more lights. The control levers and joysticks designed and arranged according to human engineering are all within the reach of the operators, making the operation easier and labor-saving. With an excellent sealing ring, the cab is free from outer noise, effectively relieving the fatigue of operators.
